Jim O’Neill
Owner / Co-Founder
Jim co-founded Seal Team with PJ in November 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from the hospitality and insulation industries. A graduate of the Culinary Institute, Jim managed several successful restaurants in New York City before opening his own venture, Paris Café in the South Street Seaport. In 1994, he purchased O'Neill's Bar & Grill in Manasquan, where he built a thriving local establishment that he later sold in 2010. Jim transitioned into the insulation industry in 2012, starting as a salesman with WeatherSeal. Over the years, he honed his expertise working with Coastal Insulation and Camooso, earning his BPI certification and establishing a strong network of loyal clients. His reputation for exceptional customer service and expert knowledge led him to start Seal Team Insulation, where he continues to drive growth and success.
Paul “PJ” Brown
Operations Manager / Co-Founder
PJ co-founded Seal Team with Jim in November 2020, recognizing an opportunity within the insulation industry and leveraging their extensive experience in hospitality. With over 15 years of success in restaurant management, PJ brings a client-first approach to every project. His strengths in business efficiency, problem-solving, and critical thinking have been key to Seal Team's growth. PJ is BPI-certified in Building Science Principles and as a Building Analyst Technician.
James O’Neill
Project Manager
James joined Seal Team in the winter of 2021 and quickly became an integral part of the team. Starting as an installer and working his way up, James now oversees every project from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency. He is BPI-certified in Building Science Principles and as a Building Analyst Technician.
Keaton Fortney
Sales Representative
Keaton has been with Seal Team since its inception in 2020, cultivating strong relationships across the region. His approachable demeanor and infectious smile make him a favorite among builders and homeowners alike. Keaton’s passion for connecting with clients has played a pivotal role in Seal Team’s success.
